Flat Rates Include: drapes, lighting, set-up, daily cleaning and upkeep, grooming supplies, show supplies, trainers' show tack.
Flat Rates Do Not Include: entry fees, office and other show related fees, such as, AHA fees, USEF fees, etc., stall, bedding, chiropractor, vet and medication fees, farrier fees, early arrival fees, layover charges and hauling. Groom, tack, feed, dressing and lounge stalls will be prorated. Amateurs tack provided by rider/handler.
All bills are due on the first of every month. An interest of 1.5% will be charged on all unpaid balances.
All flat rates, horse show charges and hauling must be paid prior to departure for the horse show.
