Golden Cheyson is a seven year old Registered AQHA Palomino Gelding This pretty boy has a superb color with his deep gold Palomino coat highlighted by an ivory white mane and tail. He is quite the eyecatcher. The first to be noticed here at the farm or out in public.
"Montana" has a great build with nice muscling. he has a well built hind quarter and larger frame. He sticks at 15.2 and many would advertise him larger. He is a great looking horse all around but his training and disposition are his real assets.
This guy is super laid back. He is a mellow fellow and not in a hurry. He has a nice, smooth jog and relaxed, uphill lope. He will move out for a more demanding rider or will just take it slow and easy with the timid ones. Montana is well broke to ride on trails and in the arena. He is surefooted and handles rough terrain well. He will go though, deep, sticky mud or cross big streams with ease. He handles his weight well descending hills and is not wanting to rush up steep inclines. He has been over the wooden bridge and handles the tarps with no fuss. He has been ridden by many beginners and took care of them.
