PF Silks Legacy is a stunning nine year old Registered Arabian Gelding. This beautiful guy is sired by Gai Shahnee and is out Skarlett Silk who is is sired by G Silk Boy. He has lines to Bey Shah, Menes, Gai Parada, Muscat, Nariadni and Serafix. All the greats, right on his papers. This guy is full of true type and style.
"Silks" is all Arabian and it shows. He has a beautiful head with big dark eyes, a small muzzle and well shaped ears. He has a nice, well curved neck, a smooth body and is full of presence. He is a flashy mover and loves to show off and dance.
This guy has the softest slow canter. I could ride it all day. Silks has a lot of versatile training under his belt. He has spent the last year continuing his education with his amateur owner. He does all the obstacle work. He will back through the "L", will sidepass over a pole, open gates, drag a tarp, push the big ball, go through a cowboy curtain and work caveletti. He turns on the haunches and forehand and is very easy on the leg and bit. He has been around cattle and has logged miles on the trail. He has even given lessons to confident riders in the arena. In the past, Silks was also trained to drive and will pull a two wheel cart. He is a very smart boy indeed!
Silks is a fun horse to ride for someone who likes all the buttons and a little spirit. He loves the trail and can go all day if desired. Great boy.
